All Florantha orders are shipped through Canada Post with tracking, so you can follow your parcel on its way to you. I usually try to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.

During postal strikes or unexpected delays, your package may take a little longer to arrive - thank you for your patience and understanding.

At this time, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges - Florantha is still small, and every piece is handmade with care. That said, if something doesn’t make you happy (which I truly hope won’t happen!), please send me an email. I’ll do my best to make it right, whether that means sending another piece or offering a refund.
